Bollywood Night Camping Itinerary
Day 1
18:00 Check in at the campsite.
Tent allotment.
After that enjoy music along with bonfire.
21:00 Buffet Dinner. (Veg / Non-veg / Jain / Vegan)
Movie night.
Day 2
06:30 Wake up and rake river side walk to watch sunrise.
09:00 Breakfast.
10:00 Check out from campsite.
Overnight

- Any kind of cost which is not mentioned in the cost includes above
- All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like roadblocks, bad weather
- Any medical / Emergency evacuations if required

Cancellation Policy
- 70% refund if notified via phone conversation 30 or more days prior to the event date.
- 50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 16 to 30 days prior to the event date.
- 25 % refund if notified via phone conversation 7 to 15 days prior to the event date.
- No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 7 days prior to the event date
- No show No Refund.
- Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
- Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
- If event gets canceled, we will refund "Trek Amount" only.
