Annapurna Base Camp
The Annapurna Base Camp trek is one of the most popular treks in the Annapurna region. The trail is a majestic one which takes you through rice paddies, lush rhododendron forests and high altitude landscapes with the Annapurna Range looming in front of you most of the times. It literally brings you with an eight-thousander-for a moderately difficult trek, the fascinating Annapurna includes the world's tenth highest peak. Annapurna holds an attraction for mountaineers, ABC trek holds several treasures for the climbers and mountaineers. The Annapurna range has stunning mountain views like Machapuchare, Annapurna South and Hiunchuli even before you start a trek, which is like a bonus for all trekkers.
Annapurna Base Camp Itinerary
Day 01: Meet in Pokhara and transfer to your accommodation (Hostel)
Day 02: Drive to Nayapul (1070m) and trek to Ghandruk (1940m) (lodge)
Our guide will come to pick you up at your Hostel in Pokhara, drive to Nayapul (1 hours drive). Trek to Ghandruk (2020m).
Day 03: Trek to Sinuwa (2360m) (Lodge)
Today, you will trek from Ghandruk to Sinuwa (2340m). This is a 6-7 hours walk.
Day 04: Trek to Deurali (3230m) (Lodge)
After breakfast, you will trek from Sinuwa to Deurali. The trail is mostly uphill and jungle walk. This is a 6-7 hours walk. You will pass Bamboo, Dovan, and Himalaya during the trek.
Day 05: Trek to Annapurna base camp (4095m). (Lodge)
Today, you will trek from Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp. This is a 5-6 hours walk. You can view different mountains from here, such as Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, Himchuli, Gandharva Chuli, Glacier Dom, Annapurna III, Gangapurna and more.
Day 06: Trek to Bamboo (2310m) (Lodge)
After breakfast trek from ABC to Bamboo via Machhapuchhre Base Camp, Deurali, Himalaya, Dovan, and Bamboo is all the way down. This is a 6-7 hours walk.
Day 07: Trek Jhinu Hot Spring (1780m) (Lodge)
After the breakfast trek from Bamboo to Jhinu Danda via Sinuwa and Chhomrong Village. This is a 4-5 hours walk. The trail is up and downhill. In the afternoon, you will be in the Natural Hot Spring.
Day 08: Trek to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara (Lodge)
Trek from Jhinu to Nayapul (5 hours walking) and drive to Pokhara (1.5 hrs drive).
Day 09: Departure Hostel
What is included in the tour
- Accommodation in Pokhara for 2 nights in Hotel on sharing basis (Mixed)
- Accommodation during Trek for 6 nights in Lodges on Twin/Triple sharing basis (Mixed)
- 1 English Speaking Trekking Guide. 1 Assistant Guide for group size above 6 pax.
- Porters to carry 10kg maximum per person on the trek (Porter: Trekker = 1:3)
- All permits, applicable local taxes required for itinerary and as per Nepali regulations at the time of the trek

What is NOT included in the tour

- All Meals in Pokhara. All Meals during actual Trek
- International Airfare & Tourist visa for Nepal. Pick up & drop for International Arrival & Departure
- Any transportation needs outside of the itinerary inclusions.

Medical Tips:
• Carry regular medicines for headaches, travel sickness, vomiting, stomach upset, etc.
• Please ensure that you carry specific medication that you are currently consuming (if any).
• Consult your physician for general tips on high altitude travel.
• Consumption of water should be minimum 3 to 3.5 litres per day.
Frequently Asked Questions
Cancellation Policy:
In case you are unable to join this trip, you will get 50% of the programme fees as a refund, provided your request is received directly at least 30 days in advance from the date of your joining.
Any unforeseen event/strike or natural calamity will not be considered as a cause of cancellation.
In case the event is not conducted due unforeseen event/strike or natural calamity then Treks and Trails will try to refund your payments after minimum cancellation charges (varies).
Important Note:
Registrations are done only on phone calls and will be confirmed only after the receipt of full programme fees.
Registrations will be on a first-come-first-served basis.
