Annapurna Base Camp
The Annapurna Base Camp trek is one of the most popular treks in the Annapurna region. The trail is a majestic one which takes you through rice paddies, lush rhododendron forests and high altitude landscapes with the Annapurna Range looming in front of you most of the times. It literally brings you with an eight-thousander-for a moderately difficult trek, the fascinating Annapurna includes the world's tenth highest peak. Annapurna holds an attraction for mountaineers, ABC trek holds several treasures for the climbers and mountaineers. The Annapurna range has stunning mountain views like Machapuchare, Annapurna South and Hiunchuli even before you start a trek, which is like a bonus for all trekkers.
Short Itinerary
Day 1- Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hostel
Day 2- Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara by tourist bus (6-7 hrs)
Day 3- Drive to Nayapul (1070m) and trek to Ghandruk 1940m)
Day 4- Trek to Sinuwa (2360m)
Day 5- Trek to Deurali (3230m)
Day 6- Trek to Annapurna base camp (4095m).
Day 7- Trek to Bamboo (2310m)
Day 8- Trek Jhinu Hot Spring (1780m)
Day 9- Trek to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara
Day 10- Drive Pokhara to Kathmandu
Day 11- Departure
Detailed Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to Hostel.
Day 02: Drive Kathmandu to Pokhara by tourist bus which will take approximately 6-7 hours.
Upon arrival check into the hostel. Leisure afternoon.
Day 03: Drive Pokhara to Nayapul and trek to Gandruk(1940m)
Our guide will come to pick you up at your Hostel in Pokhara, drive to Nayapul (1 hours drive). Trek to Ghandruk (2020m).
Day 04: Trek to Sinuwa(2360m)
Today, you will trek from Ghandruk to Sinuwa (2340m). This is a 6-7 hours walk.
Day 05: Trek to Deurali(3230m)
After breakfast, you will trek from Sinuwa to Deurali. The trail is mostly uphill and jungle walk. This is a 6-7 hours walk. You will pass Bamboo, Dovan, and Himalaya during the trek.
Day 06: Trek to ABC(4095m)
Today, you will trek from Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp. This is a 5-6 hours walk. You can view different mountains from here, such as Machhapuchhre, Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Gandharva Chuli, Glacier Dom, Annapurna III, Gangapurna and more.
Day 07: Trek to Bamboo(2310m)
After breakfast trek from ABC to Bamboo via Machhapuchhre Base Camp, Deurali, Himalaya, Dovan, and Bamboo is all the way down. This is a 6-7 hours walk.
Day 08: Trek to Jhinu Hot Spring(1780m)
After the breakfast trek from Bamboo to Jhinu Danda via Sinuwa and Chhomrong Village. This is a 4-5 hours walk. The trail is up and downhill. In the afternoon, you will be in the Natural Hot Spring.
Day 09: Trek to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara
Trek from Jhinu to Nayapul (5 hours walking) and drive to Pokhara (1.5 hrs drive).
Day 10: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu by tourist bus.
Day 11: Departure Day

- Porters to carry 10kg maximum per person on the trek (Porter: Trekker = 1:3)

- Any Unforeseen Expenses arising out of unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, landslides, road conditions, International (or domestic, if chosen) flight delays/cancellations, political disturbance, natural
- disaster, deviation in programs and any other circumstances beyond our control.

Woollen Thermals or inners, Cotton Shirts, Slacks, Cotton Pants, Woollen sweaters or Jackets, Gloves, Sun Cap, Shoes, Socks, Enamelled or Steel Mug / tumbler, Plate, Spoon, Water purifying tablets, Pen knife, Needle, Thread, Spare buttons, Goggles, Cold Cream / Vaseline, Soap, Toilet Paper, Towel, medicines which you normally use at home, Camera and Sunscreen SPF 40 or above as recommended by your doctor.
Medical Tips:
• Carry regular medicines for headaches, travel sickness, vomiting, stomach upset, etc.
• Please ensure that you carry specific medication that you are currently consuming (if any).
• Consult your physician for general tips on high altitude travel.
• Consumption of water should be minimum 3 to 3.5 litres per day.
Cancellation Policy:
In case you are unable to join this trip, you will get 50% of the programme fees as a refund, provided your request is received directly at least 30 days in advance from the date of your joining.
Any unforeseen event/strike or natural calamity will not be considered as a cause of cancellation.
In case the event is not conducted due unforeseen event/strike or natural calamity then Treks and Trails will try to refund your payments after minimum cancellation charges (varies).

Registrations are done only on phone calls and will be confirmed only after the receipt of full programme fees.
