AMK View Camping Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival and Settling In
04:00 PM - Arrive at Nature’s Nest Camping site. Head to the register desk for check-in procedures. Receive a warm welcome and enjoy a complimentary welcome drink.
04:30 PM - Get escorted to your designated tent. Unpack and settle into your cozy tent accommodation.
05:00 PM - If the weather is favourable, go for a serene boating experience on the nearby water body.
05:30 PM - Take a leisurely walk around the camping site. Familiarize yourself with the amenities and the layout of the camp.
06:00 PM - Evening Tea & Snacks
08:00 PM - Enjoy a delicious Live Barbeque provided by the camp.
09:30 PM - Enjoy a delicious Dinner provided by the camp. Savor the meal under the stars, with the sounds of nature around you.
11:00 PM - Head back to your tent. Prepare for a restful night’s sleep amidst the tranquillity of nature.
Day 2: Morning Breakfast and Departure
07:00 AM - Early morning wake-up call with tea/coffee.
07:30 AM - Enjoy a morning Breakfast (tea/coffee and snacks).
09:30 AM - Return to your tent to pack up your belongings. Make sure to leave the tent clean and as you found it.
10:00 AM - Say goodbye to the camp staff and fellow campers. Depart from Camping site with wonderful memories.

- All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like roadblocks, bad weather
- Any medical / Emergency evacuations if required
- Any transportation.

Cancellation Policy
- 75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
- 50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
- No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to the event date
- No show No Refund.
- Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
- Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
- If Trek gets canceled, we will refund "Trek Amount" only.
- If the event is canceled due to any natural calamity, political unrest or other such reasons beyond our control the same cancellation policy will apply.
